The ideal, digital lead-free hot air station. This station is indispensable for Chiptuning, repairing mobile phones, laptops and game consoles. This is the lead-free SMD Rework Station from AOYUE. The model 2702A+ is easy manageable. Due to the user-friendly design the operations problems are minimised. The housing is equipped with a practical carrying handle in black/silver. The air flow is permanently displayed via the airflow meter (with blue light) on the side. Additionally you will receive 6 different nozzles and among others a vacuum pick-up suction pen (91939).
Non-contact soldering for high requirements. The air flow and the temperature can be adjusted in a wide range. The nozzles can be easily replaced so that each component is soldered by using the suitable nozzle, air and temperature setting. Heating elements and nozzles conform to international standard; suitable for the most SMD components, for instance LEDs, SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC and BGA.
You can also use the unit for shrink tubing. The desoldering station facilitates cleaning the solder pads and helps you desolder the wired components fast and easy.
The station has a practical holder for the hot air gun, desoldering and soldering iron enabling an easy work. The soldering tips can be changed very fast due to the new aoyue technology. This allows the user to simply replace the soldering tip or the heating element WITHOUT tools (only when the device is turned off). You only need the heat resistant PAD (30150J), that is included in the delivery content; Enclose the soldering tip with this Pad and pull it out of the handhold, this way you can remove the heating element including the soldering tip. The advantage is that you can always change the heating element without the need of a second a soldering iron. By means of resistance measurement you can see within seconds if the "old" heating elemnet is still functional or damaged. Another advantage is: if your soldering tip is worn out you can change it at once with the heating element - and this for an incredible price.
What does actually LEAD-FREE for you as customer?
Since mid-2006 there is no lead permitted in solder tin anymore. The new solder can be processed much better by using solder stations for lead-free solder.
The station is delivered with a transportation safety device (a red screw, which secures the pump during transportation), this has to be removed BEFORE using the station for the first time! Thereafter the station is completely ready for use. You only need a couple of minutes to get your station ready to work. The temperature and the air flow is set via keypads.
